A New Culinary Delight in Bali

Spearheaded by Chef Kevin Cherkas, an award-winning culinary master, Cuca is a charming new addition to the island of the gods. Nestled in a idyllic coconut grove in Jimbaran, Bali, Cuca serves a variety of tapas, cocktails and desserts at its interactive food bar, intimate dining room, cocktail bar, and the garden lounge wreathed by natural beauty.

With sophisticated techniques and meticulously handpicked local ingredients, Cuca offers a tantalising menu featuring a Chilled Watermelon Salad, a refreshing concoction of watermelon, calamansi, radish, fresh seaweed, sesame and cilantro; the Pink Lime, a cocktail of lime juice, honey and gin topped with soda meringue; and the Cocoa 8, a chocolate mousse dessert complemented by mint ice-cream and a chocolate cake crouton.

To train taste-buds, guests are welcomed to participant in the Cuca Session, an interactive experience which allows participants to better understand different tastes and flavours, as well as expose themselves to an innovative approach to cooking.
